Property Manager (m/f/d)

For our HeimWerk headquarters in Munich, we are looking for a motivated individual to join our team immediately and handle technical, construction, and infrastructure matters related to the HeimWerk restaurants.

What’s waiting for you?

• Primary point of contact for all technical and structural matters across the restaurants
• Planning, coordination and monitoring of maintenance, inspections and repair activities
• Management and coordination of external contractors, tradespeople and technical service providers
• Requesting, reviewing and negotiating quotations and offers
• Negotiating, managing and continuously optimizing maintenance and service contracts
• Monitoring and following up on warranty, guarantee and contractual deadlines
• Providing technical support for maintenance projects, renovations, refurbishments and new restaurant openings
• Systematic tracking and follow-up of construction defects, repairs and technical issues
• Coordination with landlords, planners, architects, contractors and restaurant management
• Optimization of technical processes, maintenance procedures, cost structures and existing service provider networks
• Supporting technical budgeting as well as investment and maintenance planning

What qualifications do you bring with you?

• Completed vocational training or degree in real estate, business administration, engineering or a related technical field
• Strong technical understanding, ideally with experience in facility management, building services engineering, construction or skilled trades
• Strong commercial understanding and strong cost awareness
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong negotiation skills and confident professional manner
• Willingness to travel
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
