That’s why we’re looking for an Operations Manager who can lead one of our core warehouse shifts, develop strong leaders on the floor, and help us scale in a smart, sustainable way.
This role is for someone who thrives in fast-paced operations, knows how to lead through people, and can turn daily complexity into structure, performance and results.

What you’ll do
As Operations Manager, you’ll own shift-level performance and make sure the operation runs safely, smoothly and efficiently.

Own shift performance across safety, quality, productivity and labor management**
Lead a team of Warehouse Area Managers and associates** , ensuring the right staffing, skills and development for peak readiness
