Introduction

As a 3PL provider, we deliver integrated logistics solutions tailored to our customers’ needs, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Warehouse Manager (m/f/d) who will take overall responsibility for the management of a warehouse operation dedicated to one of our customers.
In this role, you will not only oversee daily warehouse activities and ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality logistics processes, but also lead and develop the operational team, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. A key part of the position will also be the direct management of the customer relationship, including regular communication, service review, issue resolution, and alignment on operational priorities and expectations.

Tasks
* Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
* Develop and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and optimize warehouse processes.
* Ensure appropriate inventory levels and accurate tracking of all products.
* Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse personnel, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
* Monitor, analyze, and report on key warehouse KPIs, including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment performance, and on-time delivery.
* Manage customer communication, responding to client requests via email, in English and German.
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.

Profile
* Completed vocational training in logistics or a relevant field (e.g. Bachelor's or Master’s degree); additional qualifications in logistics are considered a plus.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in the role, including people management responsibilities.
* Solid knowledge of inventory management, logistics processes, and warehouse operations.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
* Proven experience in client and customer relationship management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS).
* Very good proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and engage staff.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
