About MM Flowers & the site in Euskirchen
MM Flowers is a leading international business specialising in the sourcing, production, and distribution of fresh flowers and gifting solutions for major retail partners across the UK and Europe.
As part of our continued growth in Europe, we are developing a major new operational hub in Euskirchen, Germany. This state-of-the-art facility includes a new 10,000 m² production and warehousing environment , designed to support high-volume, time-critical operations with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and customer excellence.
About the role
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead all warehousing operations at our Euskirchen site.
You will oversee Intake, Packaging, Yard, Picking, and Despatch, ensuring smooth end-to-end flow of goods through the warehouse. You will play a key leadership role in driving operational performance, team development, safety, and continuous improvement.
This is a senior site role, reporting into the Site Lead, with responsibility for delivering operational excellence in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
What you will do
* Lead all warehouse operations including Intake, Picking, Packaging, Yard, and Despatch
* Ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery performance to customers
* Deliver operational KPIs including productivity, stock accuracy, service levels, and cost control
* Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing warehouse team
* Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
* Drive lean and continuous improvement initiatives across all warehouse processes
* Manage warehouse budgets and operational cost efficiency
* Work closely with Production, Planning, Procurement, and Transport partners
* Optimise use of ERP/WMS systems to ensure accurate and efficient operations
* Lead workforce planning to manage peak operational demand
What we are looking for
Essential experience & skills
* Proven experience in a senior Warehouse or Logistics Management role within FMCG
* Strong leadership experience managing operational teams
* Solid understanding of warehouse operations, production flow, and supply chain processes
* Experience with ERP and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
* Strong knowledge of health & safety and operational compliance
