Join MD Consulting in Erfurt as a Controlling Specialist, shaping financial insight, supporting international teams, and strengthening processes in a hybrid role with room to grow. This is an opportunity to play an active role in developing and strengthening the controlling function and financial awareness within MD Consulting. Over time, the role may expand to include support for another German entity within the Group, as well as collaboration with the broader Finance team based in Poland.

Tasks
* Month-end-closing control and analysis of budget and actuals for Germany-located companies in Spyrosoft Group
* Cost control according to the group regulations and local requirements
* Internal settlements and invoicing in line with Group regulations and local law
* Preparing and supervising the correctness of financial documentation, including contracts between entities in the capital group, in cooperation with the legal department
* Close cooperation with the accounting and key departments within the Spyrosoft group
* Preparing ad-hoc reports and analysis
* Support in the budgeting process
* Cash flow
* Supporting the international finance team in everyday processes

Profile
* Fluency in English and German
* Higher economic education
* At least 2 years of experience in the finance/controlling department
* Knowledge of accounting and financial principles
* Very good knowledge of MS Excel
* Ability to think analytically and draw conclusions
* Ability to organise own work
* Meticulousness and accuracy
* DATEV awareness will be an asset
* Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow
