Your tasks
Position within the company and managerial responsibilities: You'll be at the heart of the action, working closely with our Product, Finance, Tech, Marketing and Claims teams at our Berlin headquarters, and in regular contact with local management in our 9 European subsidiaries. Job Description
- Bring your experience to review, challenge and improve our processes and products. Leverage data, AI and technology to reduce costs while keeping customer satisfaction high, and share best practices across all our European entities.

- Lead by example: turn your ideas into plans, and your plans into reality. Drive results from the ground up and work closely with our claims teams to make a real impact.
Qualifications

- You hold a degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, finance or a related field
- You have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- You're fully proficient in English; any other European language is a plus
