Your mission
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-focusedOrder Fulfillment Specialist to join our Operations Team in Hamburg. This role is responsible for managing order flow to the warehouse, supporting fulfillment for key accounts with specific delivery requirements, and coordinating shipping documentation for both domestic and international (EXW and FOB) orders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working cross-functionally to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
Order Fulfillment:
* Process and release sales orders to the warehouse for timely picking, packing, and shipment.
* Communicate clearly with warehouse staff regarding order priorities, special packing instructions, and timelines.
* Ensure packing slips, labels, and shipping documents are accurate and aligned with order specifications.
Key Account Delivery Requirements:
* Manage compliance with retail and wholesale account shipping guidelines (e.g., routing guides, labeling, ASN, EDI, portal submissions).
* Work closely with account managers and customer service teams to resolve fulfillment-related issues.
Export Support (EXW / FOB):
* Assist with the coordination of international shipments including EXW and FOB terms.
* Prepare or collect shipping documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
* Liaise with freight forwarders and international customers to support smooth handoffs and shipping compliance.
Warranty Claims Coordination:
* Manage the intake and processing of warranty claims related to shipped orders.
* Work with customer service, warehouse, and quality control teams to investigate issues and determine appropriate resolutions.
