<p><strong>Job Start</strong>: as soon as possible<br><strong>Location:</strong> Leipzig International Kindergarten, Karl-Heine-Straße 95, Leipzig, Germany</p><p>Our Leipzig International Kindergarten, opened in June 2014, provides over 270 children aged 1 to 6 with a full-day early education programme. We are fortunate to be working in an attractive, purpose-built facility that hosts a wide range of indoor classrooms and play spaces as well as a spacious, landscaped outdoor learning environment</p><p>We are seeking a <strong>part-time Sign Out Assistant</strong> to join our dynamic Kindergarten Team.</p><h4>Your tasks and responsibilities</h4><ul><li>Security overviews for our sign out procedure from 3 to 6 pm</li><li>Ensure that parents sign out their children</li><li>Ensure that pick up permission is up to date for the person picking up the child</li><li>Check ID’s if necessary</li><li>Engaging and interacting with the children and parents as a positive adult role model while they leave/ greet and say good bye to children and parents</li></ul><h4>Your profile</h4><ul><li>Demonstrate excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional, and service-oriented approach.</li><li>Demonstrate a proactive, flexible, and solution-focused approach to work.</li><li>Remain calm, professional, and customer-focused when managing multiple enquiries in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Possess excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.</li><li>Possess excellent written and spoken English.</li><li>Have German language skills at a minimum of B2 level.</li><li>Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.</li></ul><h4>What we offer</h4><ul><li>A dynamic and diverse workplace</li><li>A cooperative international team</li><li>The chance to engage in the life of the International School in the beautiful city of Leipzig</li></ul>
