**Your mission:**
* Check-in and check-out - a piece of cake for you
* Excellent service for our discerning guests, big and small
* Informing guests about events, recommendations and reservations of all kinds
* Communication on the phone or in person as well as written communication by e-mail or messages
* You have the ability to deal with guests in a friendly, patient and professional manner
* Ensure the smooth running of daily tasks in the front office
* Upselling of additional services

* Completed training or experienced career changer

* Very good written and spoken German and English skills
