Are you a Logistics Expert in the pharmaceutical sector who aims at delivering high qualitiy of service? Myonex is seeking a Logistics and Distribution Supervisor (m/f/x) to join our team in Berlin.

About the Role:
As the Head of Logistics and Distribution at Myonex GmbH you will be responsible for organizing,coordinating and optimizing the flow of goods and components - from inbound to storage and distribution - ensuring efficiency, cost-effectivemness, and high service quality.
In this role you will:
* Lead and manage all logistics operations of Myonex GmbH reporting directly to the Berlin Site Lead
* KPI-based leadership and decision making
* Develop and maintain logistics schedules aligned with production needs and customer orders.
* Team Management and training of currently five warehouse workers
* Take care of customer and supplier relations
* Compliance and documention: ensure safety standards, quality procedures and regulatroy requirements as well as maintenance of accurate stock records and inventory reports
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
* Propose and implement innovative logistics solutions
