The following challenges await you:
* You manage and develop strategic key accounts within the global lamp business, ensuring long‑term customer satisfaction and sustainable revenue growth.
* Beyond this, you cultivate strong, long‑term relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, fostering trust and effective collaboration.
* You also take the lead in identifying and acquiring new customers and business opportunities, expanding the company’s footprint across regions and applications.
* When it comes to negotiations, you handle complex pricing and contract discussions with key customers, ensuring commercially sound and competitive agreements.
* Furthermore, you drive global lamp sales performance, structuring and optimizing pricing, sales approaches, and portfolio strategies together with Product Management.
* As the central point of contact and market expert for the lamp business, you support peers to grow their accounts and improve overall business performance.
* You contribute to strategic initiatives and projects related to the lamp business, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and delivering measurable impact.
Your Profile:
* Several years of professional experience in technical sales, key account management, or business development, preferably within an industrial or technology-driven environment
* Proven experience in negotiating complex commercial agreements and managing high-value customer relationships
* Strong ability to build, maintain, and expand business relationships with key stakeholders across different regions and cultures
* Strategic thinking combined with solid project management skills, with the ability to structure and drive initiatives independently
