Ihre Aufgaben
Für diese Aufgabe braucht es ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft und Beweglichkeit, eine fachlich gute Ausbildung und gelebte Dienstleistungsorientierung.
Sie sind Ansprechpartner/in für Ihre/unsere Gäste in der Anreise- und Abreisephase.
Außer den üblichen Tätigkeiten am Empfang und der Telefonzentrale beraten Sie die Gäste in der Anfragephase wie auch im Haus über Wohlfühl- und Entspannungsangebote und die Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Tagungs- und Veranstaltungsanfragen nehmen Sie kompetent an und leiten Sie gegebenenfalls an Ihre Kolleg/innen weiter.
