Zeon Europe GmbH coordinates and controls the European marketing and sales activities together with its highly specialized Technical Service. At our European Headquarters in Düsseldorf, we act as the Sales and Distribution Centre for Zeon Corporation and its global affiliates.
To enhance our business in Europe and to join our Sales team we are seeking an
Account Manager (f/m/d)
Your tasks:
* Own customer responsibility in (technical) sales - focus on customers in D-A-CH region
* Coordination of global key accounts & support of existing business
* Maintenance of customer data and reporting in the CRM system
* Independent project management & market analysis
* Increasing market shares for the broad product portfolio
* Initiating new development projects with support of R&D
* Intensive cooperation in international team
Your profile:
* Completed studies in industrial chemistry/business administration/chemistry or comparable qualification
* You have already gained substantial professional experience (at least 3 years) in similar positions, ideally in B2B sales; sales experience in the “chemical (rubber) industry” would be an advantage
* Business fluent in English (B2/C1)
* Strong communication and persuasive negotitation skills; extensive experience in conducting client negotiations with decision-makers at all levels of the organization
* Proactive solution- and result-oriented way of working; expertise in drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contracts of all kinds within the relevant industry
* Confident handling of the MS Office package and CRM software
* Business travels mandatory (primarily on a national level)
